About Us: The Basics

fern1Hi there and welcome! Thanks for checking out our open adoption blog! We decided to start this blog in January 2013 to record our adoption story—for sharing with our friends and family, and as a gift for our future child / children.   We hope you can learn about the adoption process right along with us–we look forward to reading your comments and thoughts, so don’t be shy!

Here’s a little bit of trivia to tell you a little more about us! Thanks for checking out our blog – I (*E*) try to post a couple of times a week, so check back often (or better yet, sign up via email on the right side of this page).

Check out the links below for links to specific posts and still more information about us!

  4. Fun to read! I definitely have some things in common with each of you! I’m older than my husband (he’s 29, I’m 31), we had our first date in ’03 and married in ’05. And I love chocolate and Mexican food! Actually I could go on…there’s a lot in there I can relate to! 🙂 (My husband’s a super-packer, too – it’s freaky.)
